Refund and Return Policy for Creamed Honey

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with the taste or quality of our creamed honey, you may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • You are welcome to try a small portion of the honey, but the jar must be returned nearly full, with at least 90% of the product remaining, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a return:
    • You must return the product with at least 90% of the honey remaining and the original jar and packaging intact.
    • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or transaction confirmation).
    • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made through our official store or website.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [insert contact details] to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you have the RA number, ship the product (with the majority of the honey and packaging) back to us at the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
    • We will either send you a replacement product at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that are returned with less than 90% of the honey or without the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs on non-defective products are non-refundable.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

7. Exchange Policy
