Refund and Return Policy for Creamed Honey

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with the taste or quality of our creamed honey, you may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • You are welcome to try a small portion of the honey, but the jar must be returned nearly full, with at least 90% of the product remaining, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a return:
    • You must return the product with at least 90% of the honey remaining and the original jar and packaging intact.
    • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or transaction confirmation).
    • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made through our official store or website.
      Important: To qualify for a refund, you must have purchased product protection at the time of your original purchase.

3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
    • We will either send you a replacement product at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns made after the 30-day window.
  • Products that are returned with less than 90% of the honey or without the original packaging.
  • Returns made without product protection.
  • Shipping costs on non-defective products are non-refundable.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know, and we will happily exchange the product for a new one, provided the jar is returned with at least 90% of the honey and in its original packaging.
