Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds (or whole, chopped almonds)
- ½ cup Alvari Creamed Honey with Cacao & Almond
- ¼ cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a small saucepan, gently heat the creamed honey with cacao & almond and coconut oil until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the oats, almonds, salt, and cinnamon.

Mix Together: Pour the honey-cacao mixture over the oats and almonds. Stir well until everything is coated.

Bake: Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Cool: Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely to crisp up.
