Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup creamed honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix creamed honey, mustard, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and brush with honey mustard mixture.
- Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
