Creamed Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons creamed honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the carrots and sauté until they start to soften.
  3. Stir in creamed honey and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until carrots are glazed and tender.
